摘要
对北京市建筑类培训机构的350名农民建筑工的问卷调查研究表明,农民建筑工学习能力与学习力、学习模式及学习障碍相关联;农民建筑工学习能力提高的条件是营造良好学习氛围、培养自主学习能力和建立健全农民工职业技能培训体系。
The investigation on the 350 construction workers in Beijing construction training institutions shows their learning abilities have a connection with learning power,learning modes and learning obstacles.The presupposition of improving the learning abilities is to create good learning environment,foster self-learning ability and establish a system of vocational skills training system for construction workers.
