摘要
根据大型保障性居住工程建设政策性强、建设规模巨大、参建单位多和协调难度大的特点,通过实践调查,在收集相关研究数据的基础上,深入分析保障性住房建设过程中的组织、质量、工期和成本等方面存在的管理问题;探讨提高政府、总承包、设计、监理和施工等各方管理水平的方法,并对保障性住房建设管理创新、和谐管理和可持续建设提出相应建议。
According to the characteristics of policy-oriented,enormous scale of construction,multitudinous participants involved,the demanding management synergy which the large affordable housing project construction has,the paper focuses on the management problems of organization,quality,schedule and cost during the construction process through empirical research and collecting related data.The paper brings forward the method of advancing the control level of the government,general contractors,designers,supervisors and constructors as well as some good suggestions about management innovation on affordable housing projects,harmonious and sustainable management are given.
