摘要
在PPP项目中,政府与私人企业存在着一定的优势互补,二者的协同发展将是项目实现最终目标的有力保证。提出PPP项目的协同效应具体目标即实现财务、管理和经营协同,在此基础上提出实现协同效应的有效途径。最后通过案例分析对协同效应的实现进行了具体描述。
There is certain complementary between government and private enterprise in PPP project,synergetic development between them will be an effective guaranty in achieving final goal.The article proposes that the mechanism of synergy in PPP project contains synergetic finance,management and operation.On this basis,a series of effective ways to achieve synergy are put forward.The realization of the synergy theory is specifically described through a case at last.
