摘要
结合国家实用新型专利,介绍了一种新型的雨量观测器。其特点在于通过调整承雨口面积与储水容器水平截面面积的比值,可达到测量超高强度降雨的目的;通过分别测量垂直和水平两个方向承雨口的降雨强度,达到测量斜向降雨的目的;并能结合传统的雨量计,实现斜向降雨的自动化测量。该新型雨量观测器弥补了国内传统雨量设备难以测量超高强度降雨和斜向降雨的不足,且在水利水电工程应用中能够更加准确地反映泄洪雾化的降雨强度。
Based on a national utility patent, a new-style rain gauge was described. The characteristics of this instrument includes measurement of the ultra-high-strength rainfall by adjusting the area ratio of the accepting inlet and the storage vessel's horizontal cross-section, survey of the oblique rainfall by measuring the rainfall intensity of the vertical and horizontal accepting inlet and automatic measurement of the oblique rainfall with the traditional hyetograph. The new-style rain gauge not only fills the shortage that traditional rain gauges can not measure the ultra-high-strength and oblique rainfall, but also indicates the atomized rain intensity more exactly in the practice of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
