我国核电发展的铀资源供应风险及对策 被引量:8

摘要 我国政府已经制定了发展核电的宏伟目标。从铀资源供需的角度分析我国核电发展面临的风险,并分析国内铀资源供需状况。结果表明:短期内我国铀资源供应能够满足核电的发展,长期来看我国面临着铀资源供应风险;从世界铀资源供需状况看,无论是现在还是将来世界铀资源都存在短缺问题;制约我国核电发展的主要因素是铀资源供应。给出了加强国内铀矿勘探和生产能力、与国外合作找矿、铀资源储备和积极开发第四代核电技术等对策与建议。 Chinese government has set ambitious goals for nuclear power development. From the view of uranium resources supply and demand, the risks of the nuclear power development in China and the uranium domestic demand and supply were analyzed. The results show that the supply of uranium resources can meet the requirement in short-term, but may faces the risk of shortage in long-term. The international demand and supply of uranium resources were also analyzed. It was concluded that the world is facing a shortage of uranium resources now and in the future. Therefore, the main restricting factor of China' s nuclear power development is the shortage of uranium supply. Moreover, the corresponding policy recommendations were given, such as improving the domestic uranium exploration and production, prospecting the uranium resources with foreign countries, reserving uranium resources and developing the fourth-generation nuclear power technology actively.
