圆柱面巨型网格结构施工稳定性分析

摘要 结合传统的空间结构施工特点,探索了圆柱面巨型网格结构的合理施工方法,提出不同的施工顺序和临时支承设置方法。并用特征值屈曲分析和几何非线性全过程跟踪法重点研究了圆柱面巨型网格结构施工过程中各阶段的稳定性能,得出施工中有效的主体结构临时支承设置方法和合理的子结构安装顺序及施工中的注意事项。 Based on traditional construction methods of the spatial structures,the feasible construction and erection method of the cylindrical mega-structure is discussed.Different construction sequences of the structure and arrangement method of the temporary supports are proposed.The stabilities of structure in the process of construction are analyzed by both of eigenvalue method and equilibrium path-following method with the consideration of geometrical non-linearity.The effective arrangement method of the temporary supports and reasonable construction sequence of substructures are obtained,and some recommendations on construction are presented.
