摘要
为解决"看病难、看病贵"问题,落实卫生部三级医院开展预约诊疗服务,广西壮族自治区人民医院有效地利用社会公共资源,与广西114号码百事通合作开发电话预约挂号服务。114通过调用Webservice,读写医院的门诊挂号信息,与院内的挂号信息的实时同步,不仅可以为患者进行预约服务,还可以为患者提供当天的挂号服务。
In order to solve the problem of "Overcharging the common people for inadequate medical services" , and carry out the call on hand service in the tertiary hospital approved by Health Bureau, the People' s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region makes effective use of the social public resources and cooperates with Guangxi 114 "Best Tone" to develop the call on hand service by telephone. 114 "Best Tone" would read the information of outpatient registration by using Webservice, in order to access the real-time synchronization of registration information, which can not only make service ordering for patients, but also provide the registration service for patients at the day.
