摘要
全文阐述了设计新型系列气动单向阀的全过程。气动单向阀是一种结构较简单的气动元件,在行业内往往引不起太多重视。本文作者在设计中,对如何达到开启压力、关闭压差、有效截面积S值、泄漏量等性能指标,进行了详细的设计分析和精确计算。同时在优化产品结构,提高加工工艺性、装配工艺性等方面,积累了许多有益经验。优化系列设计后,性能提高,成本降低,市场销售额增加,企业取得较好的经济效益。
This article elaborates on overall process of designing new type of serial pneumatic one-way valve.One-way valve is a relatively simple pneumatic component in term of product structure;therefore industry usually did not pay much attention on it.In this article,the author illustrates detailed design analysis and accurate computation on how to achieve performance targets,such as opening pressure,closing differential pressure,s value of the effective cross-sectional area,leakage rate,etc.Moreover,the author also offers a lot of beneficial experience,on aspects of structure optimization,process manufacturability improvement,assembly manufacturability improvement,etc.By adopting the optimized design in this article,enterprise will be able to improve performance,reduce cost,increase market sales,so that to achieve great economic benefits.
