中国商业保险的发展与社会保障制度建设

Development of China's Commercial Insurance and Social Security

本文从制度变迁的视角对中国商业保险参与社会保障制度建设的发展历程进行了全面回顾,肯定了中国商业保险在行业实力提升和服务能力建设方面所取得的巨大成就。同时也指出,由于缺乏对社会保障的正确认识,中国商业保险仍然存在着市场开拓不足、职能定位不清、与社会保障体系缺乏有效协调等诸多问题。

This paper comprehensively reviewed the process of commercial insurance＇s participation in social security system in China,from the perspective of institutional change,which affirmed the great achievements of China＇s commercial insurance in the enhance of industry strength and service capacity.However,due to lack of proper understanding of social security,there were still some issues to be discussed,such as the lack of market development,the uncertainty of functional status and the ineffective co-ordination with social security system.
