社会支持对成人癫痫患者应付方式的影响

Effect of the copying style on the social support in adults with epilepsy

目的探讨社会支持对成人癫痫患者应付方式的影响。方法应用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和应付方式问卷(CSQ)对32例成人癫痫患者进行评定,与对照组比较,并且行多元回归分析。结果成人癫痫患者的应付方式中以"幻想"较多见,而"求助"较少见(P<0.01);成人癫痫组社会支持中客观支持和支持利用较对照组差(P<0.05)。回归分析可能相关因素表明主观支持、性别和受教育程度是成人癫痫患者应付方式的相关影响因素。结论成人癫痫患者存在不成熟的应付方式,社会支持、性别和受教育程度是造成其应付方式不成熟的影响因素。

Objective To observe the influence of social support on copying style in adults with epilepsy. Methods 32 adults with epilepsy were investigated by using social support rating scale（SSRS） and coping styles questionnaire（CSQ）. Compared the results of SSRS and CSQ with the control group, and the multiple regression analysis was conformed. Results There were more inmageness and less helpedless of coping style in adults with epilepsy than that in the control group. Objective support and the useless of social support in adults with epilepsy were both worse than the contorl group. From the results of multiple regression analysis subjective support, sex and level of education were related factors of coping style of adults with epilepsy. Conclusion Coping style of adults with epilepsy was immature, social support, sex and level of education of patients were related factorts.
