室温固化膨胀型水性防火清漆的研制 被引量:5

摘要 以酸式磷酸酯(PR)和环氧树脂E-51为原料合成适用于氨基树脂(WAR)固化的酸式磷酸酯树脂固化剂(MAPR)。该固化剂MAPR含阻燃元素磷,与含阻燃元素氮的WAR复配,制得室温固化膨胀型水性防火清漆。实验结果表明:环氧树脂的引入,漆膜表干时间调节到80 min,附着力提高到1级,耐水时间达到6 h,由于碳含量增加,可充实碳层,形成更为致密的隔热层,燃烧受热时升温速率降低,阻燃性能提高。MAPR/WAR比例越大,漆膜磷含量越高,阻燃性能提高,但MAPR/WAR比例过大,漆膜耐水性降低,因此为得到性能优良的阻燃漆膜,MAPR/WAR比例应适当。 An acid phosphate resin(MAPR) , a curing agent for the amino resin(WAH) was synthesized from acid phosphate (PR) arid epoxy resin E -51 ( E51 ). Blending of MAPR containing flame - retardant el- ement phosphorus and WAH containng flame- retardant element nitrogen formulated a waterborne intumes- cent fireproof varnish, which could be cured at ambient temperature. The results showed that the introduction of epoxy resin adjusted the surface dry time of varnish to 80 min,enhaneed the adhesion and waterproof time of film to grade 1 and 6 hours respeetixely. As carbon content inereasing, the rising rate of temperature decreased when the film was heated by fire, and the flame retardance was improved obviouslv. The higher MAPH/WAH value, the more phosphorus in film that caused the superior fire - retardanee, but if MAPR/ WAR value was too high, the waterproof ability of film was decreased, so MAPR/WAR value should be controlled properly to form excellent flame -retardant film.
