摘要
在以产品内分工为主要特征的新国际分工体系中,寻求合理的产业链治理模式是本土企业和理论界孜孜以求的目标。以产品技术结构演变作为分析基点,本文探讨本土企业产业链治理模式的选择问题,对产品建构特征影响产业链治理模式的内在机制进行概括,并提出在产品市场需求不稳定背景下构建"柔性"产业链治理模式的对策建议。
In the new intemational labor- division system with the inter- product labor division as the main feature, exploring and structuring reasonable industrial chain governance mode is the target for domestic en- terprises and theory horizon to dihgently strive after. The paper explores how domestic enterprises choose industrial governance mode on the basis of product technology structure evolution. We summarize innate mechanism for the influence imposed by product architecture feature on the industrial chain governance mode, and policy suggestions are presented for domestic enterprise to construct flexible industrial chain governance mode in the background of unstable product demand.
