摘要
目的:实验研究湿润粘接技术修复V类洞洞型时,壁处与龈壁处的微渗漏的比较.方法:48颗人离体磨牙根据颊、近中和远中面分别分成A、B、C三组,每组又随机分成4小组(n=12),洞型位于釉牙本质交界处.A1和A2组常规制备V类洞洞型;但A2制备洞缘斜面;A3、A4用空气喷磨技术制备V类洞洞型,但分别使用方法50μm和27μm氧化铝微粒.B、C各小组处理与相应A组相同.所有牙齿用0.5%亚甲基蓝着色.结果:所有标本在龈壁处存在严重的微渗漏(p<0.001).
The aim of this in vitro study was to compare the microleakage of resin composite between the dentinal and the enamel margins in Class V restorations when the wet-bonding technique was applied.Methods:Forty-eight human molar teeth were assigned into three groups(A,B,C)according to the buccal,mesial and distal surfaces.Then,the teeth were randomly divided into four subgroups(n=12).Al and A2 were prepared with the high-speed diamond bur,but only A2 was with bevel.A3 and A4 were air-abraded with KCP-1000,using 50 and 27 um aluminum oxide particles respectively.All specimens were stained with 0.5% methylene blue solution after restorations.All specimens were evaluated and recorded with stereomicroscope at 25Xmagnifications after they were longitudinally sectioned through the center of the restorations.Results:All specimens leaked severely in dentinal margins( p<0.001 ).Conclusions:The wet-bonding technique did not reduce the microleakage of resin composites in dentinal margins in Class V restorations.
