性激素受体在牙龈瘤组织中的表述

The Study on ER and PR in Tissues of Epulis

本文采用免疫组织化学方法（ＡＢＣ法）对３４例牙龈瘤和２０例正常牙龈组织进行雌激素受体（ＥＲ）和孕激素受体（ＰＲ）检测．结果发现，牙龈瘤ＥＲ和ＰＲ的阳性率（８２％和６２％）明显高于正常牙龈组织（１５％和２５％），而且阳性程度亦明显高于正常组（ｐ＜０．００１）．进一步研究发现，纤维型牙龈瘤ＥＲ和ＰＲ阳性率高于肉芽肿型牙龈瘤（ｐ＜０．０５）；女性正常牙龈组织中ＥＲ和ＰＲ的阳性率略高于男性．结果说明：正常牙龈组织中存在有特异性的性激素受体，牙龈瘤组织中ＥＲ和ＰＲ的明显增高可能说明在肿瘤的生长过程中存在着一定程度的性激素依赖性．

Immunohistochemical method(ABC method) was used in our study,in order to determine estrogen recepter(ER) and progesterone recepter(PR)in equlis and normal gingival tissues.As a result,it was found that the positive rates of ER and PR in epulis was 82% and 62% respectively,which compared with normal gingival tissues (15% and 25%).It indicated the apparent difference( p<0.001) .It was also found in further reseach that those of normal gingival tissues were higher in male than in female.It can be concluded that these special steriod hormone receptors exist in normal gingival tissues,and the higher rates of ER and PR in epulis can be considered as the dependence of hormone.
