摘要
本研究利用离体人牙浸泡在柠檬酸类、碳酸类、奶类饮料中的实验,观察饮料对人牙釉质的影响,结果表明,浸泡5min,牙釉质的显微硬度就发生变化,明显下降,与对照组比较差异有高度显著性(p<0.001).随着浸泡时间的延长,显微硬度随之明显下降,比较差异有高度显著性(p<0.001).扫描电子显微镜下观察到牙釉质形态发生了变化,出现裂纹、溶解,有明显程度不等之类似酸蚀样孔隙.研究提示:饮料可引起牙酸蚀和龋病,应引起人们的警惕.
Objective:To study the influence on enamel with drink.Methods:Exsomalize teeth were soaked in several kinds of drings including citric,carbonic acid as well as milk,to observe their influence on enamel.Results:After five minuts,the microhardness of enamel descended obviously 2nd it had much more clear difference than the control group.( p<0.001) When compared with difference between the two groups,it had the most obvious distinction(TBX]p<0.001) By scanning electron microscope we could find that the changes on the shapes of enamel had been taken place.Crack appeared and the teeth were dissolved,with obviously similar acid corrosive holes in varying degrees.Conclusion.Drinks may cause dental erosion and caries and these should be paid our attention.
