有机化凹凸棒土/尼龙6复合材料的光谱分析研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用硅烷偶联剂对凹凸棒土进行表面接枝改性,并通过熔融共混技术在双螺杆挤出机上制备了有机化凹凸棒土/尼龙6复合材料。利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对改性结果和复合材料的晶体结构和微观相貌进行表征。结果表明:改性后凹凸棒土表面Si,N,C元素的质量分数提高,结合红外光谱,证实在凹凸棒表面形成了有机包覆层;凹凸棒土的加入没有改变尼龙6的结晶形态,但使其晶体尺寸发生了一定程度的改变;改性后的凹凸棒土均匀分散于尼龙6基体中,表面修饰的硅烷偶联剂能有效地解决复合材料的界面粘结。 The surface organic modification of attapulgite with silane coupling reagent was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Qrgano-attapulgite/nylon 6 composites with different content of attapulgite were prepared by means of melt blending, and the crystal structure and morphology were investigated. The results show that the surface content of Si, N and C of the modified attapulgite increased. Combined with the FTIR results, it was confirmed that an organic coating layer was formed on the surface of attapulgite. The adding of attapulgite does not change the crystal structure of nylon 6, but changes the crystallite size of nylon 6. The modified attapulgite was well dispersed in nylon 6 and the silane coupling coating on the attapilgite enhanced the interfacial adhesion.
