结合工作实践,针对人防地下室土建设计与施工中常见的问题进行了分析,分别阐述了防护密闭、人防出入口、主体结构三方面存在问题的原因,并介绍了正确做法,以期指导人防工程建设,保证建设质量。

Combining with work practice, this paper analyzes common problems appearing in civil engineering design and construction of air-raid shelter, respectively expounds causes existing in three aspects of protective airtight, exit and entrance of civil defense and main structure, and introduces correct methods, so as to guide civil air defense engineering construction, and to guarantee construction quality.
