浅谈建设工程招投标过程中的评标方法

Preliminary discussion on the bid evaluation methods in the process of construction engineering bidding and tendering

分别介绍了无标底法,经评审的最低投标价法,综合评估法等国内目前常用的几种评标方法,阐述了每种评标方法的特点和适用范围,指出综合评分法是现阶段乃至今后较长时期内最适合我国国情的评标方法。

This paper respectively introduces several domestic common bid evaluation methods including no basic bid price approach, lowest bid approach after evaluation, and comprehensive bid evaluation approach, expounds their features and adaptation scope, and points out that comprehensive bid evaluation approach is the most adaptable bid evaluation method at both present phase and future in China.
