建筑施工企业开展QC小组活动现状与对策

Status and countermeasures of QC group activities organized by construction enterprises

针对建筑施工企业中QC活动整体水平不高,更有甚者是停留在表面而不能务实开展的问题,从建筑业生产QC活动的现状、QC活动的教育及QC活动的激励等方面就如何解决这些问题进行了简述,以促进建筑施工企业的健康发展。

In light of problems existing in QC group activities organized by construction enterprises, such as low global level and impractical work, this paper briefly discusses on how to solve these problems from aspects of status, QC activity education, and motivation of Qc group activity organized by construction enterprises, with a view to promote the healthy development of construction enterprises.
