摘要
为探讨患者骨质疏松时骨矿物含量与骨骼形态变化的相关性,对259例骨质疏松症患者用双能X城骨密度测量仪(DEXA)同步进行骨矿物含量测定和形态学分析,并预测骨折危险性。通过骨密度(BMD)、脊柱椎体前高(A)、中高(M)和后高(P)的测量及分析得出结合指数。结果表明:当结合指数<-5SD时,即提示出现骨质疏松骨折。
In order to study the correlation between the bone mineral density (BMD) and spinal morphology in osteoporosis, BMD of lumber vertebral (L2~L4)or upper part of femur and lateral tho-racic and lumber vertebral morphology in 259 osteoporosis were measured simultaneously by DEXA.An alternative definition of osteoporotic fracture could combine the T-score for spine BMD together with the degree of the deformation. A combined index can then be given. The results showed that the BMD and the changes of vertebral morphology had a significant correIation. A combined index below -5. 0 could be indicative of osteoporotic fracture (provided it was at least - 2. 0 on BMD and at least -3. 0 on deformation)- Simultaneous BMD and vertebral morphology measurement were considered to di-agnose osteoporosis and osteoporotic fracture accurately and simply, and it was valuable in the clinic di-agnosis and treatment of osteoporosis.
