摘要
通过对国内外团队心理安全气氛的文献进行梳理,发现团队心理安全气氛这一构念在中国文化情境下的理论及实证可以更进一步地挖掘。运用定性分析及定量分析方法,确定了团队心理安全气氛的4个构成维度,并通过量表开发、量表评测等过程,最终确定了中国文化情境下的团队心理安全气氛量表,为未来的研究提供了基础。
Based on the psychological climate of security for domestic and international teams related literature,we found the theory and empirical situations of team psychological safety climate in Chinese culture can be even further excavated.Using both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,this study determines four dimensions of the team psychological safety climate,and through scale development and evaluation scale in such processes,the study ultimately determines the Team Psychological Safety Climate Questionnaire in the context of Chinese culture,which provides a favorable basis for further research.
