通过引入并行工程的思想,对项目建设的全过程进行管理和规划,进而优化当前建筑项目管理中若干阶段的传统模式,使项目从全寿命周期统筹考虑并行集成化系统管理,从而消除了传统的串行模式中各个部分之间的壁垒,使各部分能协调一致地工作,大大加快了工程建设速度。

By leading the idea of Concurrent Engineering, the paper undertakes the management and planning for the whole process of the program construction, optimizes several stages of the traditional model in the current architectural program management, and considers integrated system management from the whole life span overall consideration, so as to eliminate the barriers in all parts of the traditional sequential model, to coordinate them to work and improve the engineering construction speed.
