摘要 本文主要从影响钙吸收利用的药物(激素类药物、抗癫痫及抗惊厥类药物、利尿药、抗酸药等)及饮食因素(三大营养素、维生素及有机酸、烹饪佐料及饮料、饮食中生命元素、营养有害物质)诸方面,就影响钙吸收利用的有关因素作了较为详细的评述。
