小鼠松果体生后生长发育的形态变化 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :观察小鼠松果体形态结构的年龄变化特征。材料和方法 :取幼年、青年、老年期小鼠各 11只 ,用计算机图像分析和电镜观察。结果 :( 1)松果体组织内细胞数以幼年期最多 ,青年期以后细胞逐渐减少、细胞间质逐渐增多 ;( 2 )松果体细胞以青年期最大 ,高尔基器、线粒体、内质网等以幼年期最丰富 ,至老年期细胞变小、细胞器减少 ;( 3)松果体细胞核随年龄增加而逐渐变小 ,异染色质增多。结论 :小鼠松果体幼年时生长发育最旺盛、代谢功能最活跃 ,青年时停止生长并开始衰退 。 mice with different growth time were used to observe and compare the pineal body's morphological structure that changed with age. The results obtained from the computer image analysis and the electronic microscopic observation were as follows: (1) The cell numbers of pineal body in the infancy were highest in the three groups, but began to decrease from the youth. Oppositely, the interstitium of pineal body increased from the infancy to the youth and the aged. (2) Pinealocytes of the youth were largest and some cellular apparatus such as Golgi complex, mitochondria and endoplasmic reticutum were best abundant in the infancy. Cells got smaller and the cellular apparatus got less in the aged. (3) Nucleus of pinealocyte became smaller along with age from the infancy to the youth and the aged but the heterocromatin increased. The results suggest that pineal body of mice may grow and develope tuxuriantly in structure and metabolize actively in function at the infancy and stop growing and begin to reduce after the youth but has some functions at the aged.
