针灸对腹腔镜术后机体免疫功能的影响

Effect of acupuncture on immune function of body after laparoscopic operation

目的探讨针灸对腹腔镜术后机体免疫功能的影响。方法将100例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的术后患者随机分为针灸组和常规组,分别于术前1 d和术后第3天、1周取外周静脉血,测定免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+及NK细胞活性并进行比较。结果患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞活性,术后第3天、第7天,针灸组患者明显高于常规组;IgA、IgG、IgM术后第3天、第7天针灸组高于常规组(P均<0.05)。结论针灸能提高机体的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能,促进机体的恢复。

objective It is to explore the effect of acupuncture on organism immunologic function after laparoscopic operation.Methods 100 cases of patients accepted laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into acupuncture group and normal group,each group had 50 cases.In one day before operation and three and seven days after operation,blood of peripheral vein was gotten to determine and compare immunoglobulin IgA,IgM,IgG,CD3＋,CD4＋/ CD8＋ and NK cell activeness between the two groups.Results CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ and NK cell activeness in peripheral vein blood was obviously higher in acupuncture group than that in normal group at three and seven days after operation.The results about IgA,IgG,IgM were the same as above between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture can enhance organism body fluid and cellular immunity function,and promote organism recovery.
