摘要
目的 :了解一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元在大鼠胃肌间神经丛中的分布规律。方法 :采用还原性辅酶 黄递酶组化法和消化道铺片技术观察了胃各部肌间神经丛中神经元的形态和分布。结果 :一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元广泛分布于大鼠胃肌间神经丛中 ,其形态基本类似 ,以圆形和卵圆形为主。在胃不同区域神经元的分布密度、胞体大小和染色强度存在较大差异。从胃底、胃体至胃窦神经元密度逐渐增加 ,各处相关显著 ( P<0 .0 1)。胃底部的神经元胞体较大 ,染色较深 ;胃窦部的神经元大小不等 ,染色深浅不一 ;胃体部的则介于二者之间 ,呈过渡态。结论
Objective: To study the regularity of distribution and morphological features of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive neurons in the rat stomach myenteric plexus. Methods: Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase (NDP) histochemical staining method and whole mount preparation technique were used. Results: NOS positive neurons was extensively distributed in the rat stomach myenteric plexus. The shape of neurons was basically similar, most of which were of round and oval shape. But their density, size and staining intensity were varied in the different parts of the stomach. The density of the neurons increased gradually from the fundus to the antrau (P<0.01). The size and staining intensity of the neurons were similar in the fundus, but were obviously different in the antrau. In the body of the stomach, the features of NOS positive neurons were in an intermediate state from the fundus to the antrau. Conclusion: The results suggest that the significant difference of NOS positive neurons in different parts of the stomach myenteric plexus is related to the physiologic function of the stomach.
