摘要
目的探讨环氧合酶2(COX-2)和肾功能在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OS-AHS)及持续气道正压通气(CPAP)前后的变化。方法选择经多导睡眠图(PSG)确诊为OS-AHS患者40例为试验组,PSG检查正常者10例为对照组,试验组给予CPAP治疗,测定试验组治疗前后及对照组血COX-2(ELISA法)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)及自由水清除率(CH2O),比较各项指标的差异。结果试验组与对照组比较,Ccr无显著性差异,经CPAP治疗后也无明显差异;试验组的CH2O及COX-2显著高于对照组,经CPAP治疗后明显降低。结论 COX-2在OSAHS患者中显著增高,CPAP治疗后可明显降低;OSAHS患者经CPAP治疗后肾功能显著改善。
Objective It is to explore the changes of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and renal function in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) and after the treatment of continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP).Methods 40 OSAHS patients diagnosed by Polysom nography(PSG) were chosen as experimental group and 10 normal controls were selected as control group.Serum COX-2 were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and endogenous creatinine clearance(Ccr) and free water clearance(CH2O) were determined before and after treatment in experimental group and control group.Then the differences in these indexes were compared.Results There was no significant difference in Ccr between the two groups whenever before treatment or after treatment.The levels of COX-2 and CH2O were significantly higher in experimental group than in the control group.After treatment with CPAP,the contents of this two indexes were decreased.Conclusion The expression of COX-2 increases significantly in OSAHS patients.It can be reduced after the CPAP treatment.The renal function in the OSAHS patients is improved significantly after CPAP treatment.
