软组织扩张术后纤维囊的组织学及超微结构观察

ULTRASTRUCTURAL AND HISTOLOGICAL STUDY OF FIBRO-CAPSULE AFTER SOFT TISSUE EXPANSION

目的 :探讨纤维囊在软组织扩张后皮瓣的作用及意义。方法 :应用光镜、电镜对 6例纤维囊组织进行观察及形态学计量分析。结果 :纤维囊主要由成纤维细胞、胶原纤维、成肌纤维细胞所组成 ,其内的毛细血管数目明显高于正常人真皮内毛细血管数目 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 :纤维囊对扩张后之皮瓣起支持保护及营养作用 。

Objective: To study the action and significance of fibro capsules after soft tissue expansion. Methods: With electror microscopy and light microscopy, 6 cases of fibro capsule tissues were observed and measured by morphometric method. Results: The fibro capsule was composed of fibroblasts, collagen fibers and myofibroblasts. The number of capillaries in the fibro capsule was more than that in the dermis of normal control (P<0.01). Conclusion: Fibro capsules have a role of protection, support and nutrition for flaps of post expansion and also a role in the filling defects and elastic contraction.
