上海市金山区食管癌发病危险因素的病例对照研究 被引量:7

Case-control Study on Risk Factors of Esophageal Cancer in Jinshan District of Shanghai City

摘要 目的探讨上海市金山区食管癌发病的影响因素,为防治工作提供相关基础信息。方法采用1∶2配对病例对照研究,共调查病例和对照97组,进行χ2检验,将P<0.05的变量引入方程,进行多因素条件性logistic回归分析。结果病例对照2组经χ2检验,与食管癌发病有统计学意义的因素有体重变化、体质指数、劳动强度,重度吸烟、饮酒、重度饮酒、进食快、精神脾气。多因素条件性logistic回归分析显示,体重降低、重度吸烟、重度饮酒、进食快、体质指数<19为本区食管癌发病主要危险因素。结论对上述食管癌的危险因素采取综合性防治措施,降低金山区食管癌的发病率。 [ Objective] To investigate the influencing factors of esophageal cancer in cidence in Jinshan District of Shanghai City, and provide relevant basic information for its prevention and treatment. [ Methods ] 1: 2 matched case-control study was used to investigate 97 groups of cases and controls, the χ2 test was adopted, and the variables with statistical significance (P 〈 0. 05 ) were put into equation for multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis. [ Results] The χ2 test showed that weight change, body mass index, labor intensity, heavy smoking, drinking, heavy drinking, eating fast, spirit and temper were significantly associated with the incidence of esophageal cancer. Multiple conditional regression analysis demonstrated that weight loss, heavy smoking, heavy drinking, eating fast, and body mass index below 19 were the major risk factors of esophageal cancer. [ Conclusion] Taking an integrated prevention and treatment measures to the above risk factors can reduce the incidence of esophageal cancer.
