某医院2009年度抗菌药物使用情况分析

Analysis on Application of Antibiotics in a Hospital in 2009

目的了解湖南省劳动卫生职业病防治所附属医院2009年住院患者的抗菌药物使用情况,为促进临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法随机抽取该院2009年500份住院病历,针对抗菌药物的使用情况进行分析。结果该院住院患者的抗菌药物使用病例为406例,抗菌药物使用率为81.2%,其中一联用药占18.5%,二联用药占78.6%,三联用药占2.9%。结论该院抗菌药物使用率仍高于卫生部规定的医院抗菌药物使用率低于50%的要求,仍然存在围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物选择不当、给药时间不合理等问题。

[ Objective] To investigate the application of antibiotics among patients in Affiliated Hospital of Institute for Labor Hygiene and Occupational Diseases of Hunan Province in 2009, provide the reference for rational use of antibiotics. [ Methods ] 500 medical records of inpatients in this hospital in 2009 were randomly collected, and the application of antibiotics was analyzed. [ Re- suits]406 inpatients in this hospital were treated by antibiotics, and the usage rate of antibiotics was 81.2%. Among them, single drug accounted for 18.5% , two drugs combination accounted for 78.6% , and three drugs combination accounted for 2.9%. [ Con- clusion] The usage rate of antibiotics in this hospital does not conform to the regulation that the usage rate of antibiotics in the hospital should be lower than 50%, which established by the Ministry of Health. There exist the many problems, such as the improper selection of antibiotics and unreasonable time of administration on preventive use in perioperative period.
