摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT扫描及三维重建技术在眼外伤中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析无锡市人民医院5年来就诊的57例(58只眼)眼外伤的螺旋CT检查资料。结果 57例眼外伤中,39例为眼眶外伤,18例为眼球外伤,包括眶骨骨折、眶内血肿、眶内积气、眶内软组织伤、眼球伤、晶状体脱位、玻璃体出血和眶内及球内异物等,CT定位定性准确率100%。结论螺旋CT扫描及三维重建技术对眼外伤有重要的诊断价值。 [ Objective ] To investigate the diagnostic value of spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction in ocular trauma. [ Methods] The spiral CT data of 57 cases ( 58 eyes ) of ocular trauma in Wuxi People's Hospital in recent 5 years were analyzed ret- rospectively. [ Results] Among 57 cases of ocular trauma, 39 cases were orbital trauma, 18 cases were injuries on eyeball, including orbital fractures, orbital hematoma, orbital product gas, orbital soft tissue injuries, eye injuries, lens dislocation, vitreous hemor- rhage, orbital and intraocular foreign body. The accuracy of location and identification of CT was 100%. [ Conclusion] The spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction has important diagnostic value in ocular trauma.
