提高PICC置管成功率及预防机械性静脉炎的护理体会

Nursing Experience in Improvement of Success Rate for PICC and Prevention of Mechanical Phlebitis

目的探讨提高外周静脉中心静脉置管术(PICC)置管成功率及置管后机械性静脉炎早期给予护理干预的护理体会。方法对开滦集团有限责任公司医院胸外科60例确诊为恶性肿瘤需行化疗予PICC置管的患者进行回顾性分析。结果 60例中共发生静脉炎5例,其中Ⅰ度3例,占5.00%;Ⅱ度2例,占3.33;Ⅲ、Ⅳ度均为0例。结论合理选择置管静脉并于置管早期给予护理干预可降低机械性静脉炎的发生率,减轻病人的痛苦,提高置管成功率。

[ Objective] To study the nursing experience in improvement of success rate for Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter （ PICC） and early nursing intervention on mechanical phlebitis after intubation. [ Methods]60 patients who were diagnosed with malignant tumor and treated by chemotherapy via PICC in department of chest surgery in Hospital of Kailuan Group were analyzed retro- spectively. [ Results] Among 60 cases, there were 5 cases of phlebitis, which included 3 （ 5.00%） cases of I grade phlebitis and 2 （3.33% ） cases of I1 grade phlebitis. There was no m and IVgrade phlebitis case. [ Conclusion] Reasonable selection of vein and early nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of phlebitis, relieve the pain of patients and improve the success rate of PICC.
