改革开放30年来,中国的快速发展并迅速融入经济全球化进程,使得中国的国家利益迅速走出国门,海外利益迅速凸显。在这次百年一遇的金融危机中,中国采取了果断有效地应对措施,保持了国民经济的稳定增长,也对世界经济的稳定起到了巨大的促进作用。作为率先经济复兴的国家,中国面临着巨大的机遇。如何把握这一机遇,在后金融危机时代拓展和维护中国海外利益是本文讨论的话题。

China has a rapid development and rapid intergration into the process of economic globalization in the 30 years of reform and opening up. These make China＇ s national interests to go abroad quickly. In the vast financial crisis of 2008, China adopted effective measures to deal with the national economy maintaining a steady growth, and playing a great role in keeping the stability of the world economy. This gives China a huge opportunity to expand and safeguard its overseas interests in the post-crisis era, and how to seize this opportunity is also the topic of this paper.
