联合用药治疗掌跖脓疱病的疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of palmoplantar pustulosis treated by joint medicinal treatment

探讨雷公藤多甙、四环素、氨苯砜联合治疗掌跖脓疱病的疗效、复发性和安全性分析。采用随机的方式将６３例病例分为Ａ、Ｂ两组。结论：联合用药治疗掌跖脓疱病疗效好，复发率低，较为安全，其不良反应能够耐受。

objective To observe the curative effect,recurrence and safety of palmoplantar pustulosis treated by joint treatment of Leigongteng duodalpian,tetracycline and DDS.MethodsSixty-three patients were randomly divided into A and B groups.Conclusion Results There were better effect,lower recurrent rate and more safety in patients with palmoplantar pustulosis treated be the joint medicinal treatment.And the adverse effect can by endurned.
