S_5导联在慢性肺心病诊断中的应用

Use of S5 lead for diagnosing the chronic pulmonary heart disease

报告Ｓ５导联在慢性肺心病诊断中的初步观察，发现肺型Ｐ波在该导联中阳性率较高（８３３％），与常见导联（２７７％），相比在统计学上有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。阳性率提高二倍，Ｐ电压的变化与右心负荷程度有关。ＳＴ段和Ｔ波的改变在该导联中也比较敏感，对慢性肺心病的诊断和动态观察，有一定的参考价值，同时对ＰＳ５的形成原理，进行讨论。

A preliminary observation of diagnosing chronic Pulmonary Heart disese(cPHD) by S5 lead showed that the Positive proportion of Lung P wave in the S5 electorde was higher than other electoredes (the ratio was 833%277%),and the positive proportion was raised by 2 times. The variation of P votage is concerned with the burden of left heart.The variation of ST section and T wave in the electrode was also sensitivity.It has some value for diagnosing and dynamic oberserving cPHD. And rough discussion was made for the theory froming PS5.
