摘要
用反相色谱法分析山莨菪碱、甲氧氯普胺、地塞米松及苯海拉明四种组份,在甲醇-水流动相体系中加入少许三乙胺使C18固定相表面的化学活性改变,结合选择流动相的适宜pH值,达到了满意的色谱分离效果。UV检测,其线性范围分别为:10~240mg/L、10~240mg/L,10~200mg/L,以及15~200mg/L,最大Rs≤394。
Simultaneous separation and analysis of four components of E Tuping-anisodamine; metoclopramid; dexamethasone and diphenhydramine by HPLC were reported. The reversed-phase C18 column (150mm4.6mm) was applied and the mobile phase was methanol-water (47:53) containing with 0.12% triethylamine, adjusted to pH 4.5 with phosphoric acid (about 0.25%).The compounds were detected using the UV detector operated at 220 nm which allowed linear ranges of determination 10240 mg/L,10240 mg/L,10200 mg/L and 15200 mg/L,respectively (the greatest Rs3.94).This method is stable,simple and fast.
