Technology Analysis to Gas Cutting of Sheet Metal

对切割氧气压力、切割速度及倾角、割嘴与割件距离等对切口表面的质量的影响因素进行了分析,并提出改进质量的措施。

Gas cutting which has great influence on the quality of sheet metal cutting is widely used in metal cutting process. In this paper, the factors affecting the quality of cutting surface are analyzed, such as the cutting oxygen pressure, cutting speed and angle, distance between cut mouth and cut pieces, and countermeasures for each factor are put forward. Finally, the safe use of cutting torch is summarized.
