摘要
RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA)技术自20世纪90年代以来,由于具有简便快捷、灵敏度高和对样品要求不高等优点,在昆虫的系统分类和进化等方面得到了广泛的应用。阐述了RAPD技术的原理与特点,总结了其在昆虫学研究中的应用,以供参考。
Since the 1990s, because of a simple and quick, high sensitivity and less demanding on the samples, etc., RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA)technology has been widely used in Entomology systematics and cvolution,etc.The technology principles and characteristics were expounded, and its application in entomological research was summarized, so as to provide reference.
