摘要 采用DNS显色法测定样品的纤维素酶活力,平板计数法测定有效活菌数,恒重法测定产品水分,考察有机物料腐熟剂的稳定性及水分对其稳定性的影响,结果表明,对同一工艺3个批次样品进行了6个月的监测,纤维素酶活力均在1000U/g以上,有效活菌数均在7.0亿cfu/g以上,均高于国家标准。此产品质量稳定,样品在水分为10%~15%时对其稳定性影响很小。 By determinating the cellulase activity of samples using DNS, measuring the effective colony using the plate count, determinating the products moisture using constant weight, the stability of organic matter-decomposing inoculants and the effect of moisture on its stability was inspected. Six months monitoring three batches of samples of the same process, showed that cellulase activity was over 1 000 U/g,the number of effective viable bacteria was over 700 million cfu/g,they were all higher than the national standard. This process was stable,and the effect on its stability was less when samples in water were between 10% and 15%.
