摘要 应用雌激素受体阳性的人乳腺癌细胞株(MCF7细胞),在体外培养条件下,观察三苯氧胺(TAM)和重组人白细胞介素6(IL6)对该细胞凋亡的影响。样品经碘化丙啶(PI)染色后用EPICSELITE流式细胞仪测定并分析。结果表明,TAM和IL6皆可诱导MCF7细胞凋亡,与对照组相比具显著性差异(P<0.01)。若将TAM和IL6联合应用,其诱导MCF7细胞凋亡数明显上升,与单药应用比较具非常显著性差异(P<0.01),提示2药合用的效果不是简单的加成而是协同作用。 The effect of tamoxifen(TAM) and interleukin6(IL6) on apoptosis in estrogen receptorpositive human breast cancer cell line(MCF7) was studied. The sample cells stained by propidium iodide(PI) were detected, analyzed and fitted by FCM. The result showed that TAM and IL6 could induce apoptosis of MCF7 cells, the difference of apoptotic ratio between the control group and the treatment group was significant respectively. The cell apoptosis was enhanced when combining treatment with TAM and IL6 was performed. The increase rate is much higher than that of either TAM or IL6 alone, the differences were significant. The data indicated that the effect of TAM combined IL6 is not an additive interraction, but possibly a synergistic interraction.
