摘要
本文旨在探讨新形势下高职高专"双师素质"教师再培养问题,首先指出应对"双师素质"教师采取动态等级管理模式,打破终身制,进而界定了"双师素质"教师再培养的内涵,接着分析了新形势下对高职高专"双师素质"教师进行再培养的必要性,最后从建立健全考评体系、激励机制和再培养模式三个方面入手,对如何构建高职高专"双师素质"教师再培养机制进行了深入探讨。
As a tentative attempt to address the problem of further developing the system of double-qualification teaching staff in vocational colleges against the new challenges, this paper starts by suggesting a dynamic ranking mode for double-qualification teachers instead of a life - time tenure. The paper then analyzes the necessity for double-qualification teachers to receive further education before exploring the mechanism for such education in terms of the ranking system, the motivation measures and the modes.
