筵席菜单是制作筵席的计划书,是促进餐饮产品销售的工具。本文根据筵席的设计的原则及海南地方风情,设计了"椰岛风情宴"菜单并作了详细分析。
A banquet menu is a plan for preparing the banquet and an instrument to promote the sales of a catering business.
