高职旅游管理专业校内生产性实训基地的设计与实现——以乐山职业技术学院为例

Design and Implementation of Campus Productive Training Base——Taking Leshan Vocational and Technical College as an Example

建设高水平的校内生产性实训基地,是高职院校实训基地建设的发展方向。文章以乐山职业技术学院旅游管理专业校内生产性实训基地建设为例,解读了旅游管理校内生产性实训基地的内涵,提出了生产性实训基地融学生培养、企业培训、职业资格认证于一体,按照高职教育的规律,构建旅游管理专业生产性实训基地的建设思路和实现途径。

The construction of campus productive training base with high level is the tendency of training base construction in higher vocational colleges. Taking the construction of campus productive training base of Tourism Major, Leshan Vocational and Technical College as an example, the indication of construction was ex- plained, the idea of integrating students training, enterprise training and professional certification into one was proposed, the construction thought and implementation way of training base for this major were brought forward according to the rule of higher vocational education.
