重点探讨了２４例人工髋关节置换手术并发症产生的原因及防治方法，初步认为防止或减少人工髋关节置换术后并发症的关键在于：１．正确的病例手术选择；２．提高手术者的操作技术及对生物力学机理的了解；３．选择国内外优良及适当型号的人工髋关节假体；４．
The cause and prevention of the 24 cases coplications were studied. The authors believe that the key which prevents or reduces the complications following hip arthroplasty is: 1.the selection of suitable cases and right operation; 2.the improvement of the operation skill and comprehension of hip biomechnics; 3.the selection of excellent and suitable endoprosthesis; 4.the improvement of the use of cement.
