腐蚀天然气管道剩余强度的模糊可靠性分析

摘要 根据腐蚀天然气管道剩余强度可靠度的计算模型,进行模糊可靠性分析时,考虑到管道失效准则的模糊性,将结构的功能函数与结构适用性的损益结合起来,通过类似于非正态随机变量当量化的过程,将隶属函数的补函数视为一个新的随机变量的累积分布函数,从而获得新的功能函数。在MATLAB中利用确定性可靠度的求解方法求得模糊随机可靠度。最后结合实际算例,给出了评价腐蚀管道剩余强度模糊可靠性的评价步骤与方法。 This paper gives the reliability model of residual strength of the corrosive natural gas pipelines. Considering the ambiguity of pipeline failure criteria when making fuzzy reliability analysis, the function of the structure and function is combined with the profit and loss of the structure’s applicability, to gain a new features function, the membership function’s complement function is considered as a new random variable’s cumulative distribution function by similar the quantization process of non-normal random variable. The fuzzy random reliability is obtained by the solution of uncertainties reliability in the use of MATLAB. Finally, combining practical example, it gives the evaluation procedure and method for fuzzy reliability of corrosive pipeline residual strength.
