摘要
应用声发射检测、应力测定和超声波探伤相结合的方法,对超期服役的化工容器进行安全评定,是目前检测手段中直接有效、安全可行的评定方法。首先应用声发射检测监测出相应位置,结合应力测定数据分析,采用超声波探伤方法对可疑区间进行检测,是一种动态无损检测和常规无损检测相结合的安全评定方法。该方法评定结果准确,保证设备安全运行。
Safety assessment of extra-served chemical vessel is performed by acoustic emission detection, stress determination and ultrasonic Inspection, which is a effective, safe and feasible method for assessment. The specific location is detected first by acoustic emission detection, combined with data analysis by stress determination, then the suspected section can be found by ultrasonic inspection, which is a safety assessment method that connect dynamic nondestructive testing with normal nondestructive testing. It is the most convenient and fastest, less labor and time way for running chemical vessel and the assessment results are precise to ensure running safety of equipment.
