A Brief Investigation and Analysis of the Teaching State of ESP in Engineering Colleges

非英语专业学生专业英语能力的培养是培养复合型人才的基本要求,是大学英语素质教育的重要内容。因此旨在通过问卷调查、访谈等手段对理工科院校中非英语专业学生的专业英语教学现状进行调查研究。通过调研,了解了目前专业英语教学中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决设想。

The cultivation of ESP for non-English major students is an important content of Quality Education and an essential requirement of raising inter-disciplinary talents. Through survey and interview, we want to find the teaching and learning state of ESP for non-English majors in engineering colleges. Through the investigation and study, we can find some existing problems in ESP teaching and propose corresponding solutions.
