摘要
从做好投标报价工作到加强施工图设计、施工阶段及设备采购等全过程的造价控制，论述了以设计为主体的工程建设总承包工作的实践和体会。
The practice and experience in total contracting of the project construction which
takes the design as the main part were described from doing well the work of tendering
and quotation to strengthening manufacturing cost control for the whole process of design
of construction drawing, construction stage and equipment procurement etc.
