摘要
目的:了解某院呼吸科抗真菌药的应用情况。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对某院2007-2009年呼吸内科抗真菌药的应用情况进行统计、分析。结果:在调查的4964例病历中,有101例应用抗真菌药,应用率为2.03%。抗真菌药95.05%是单用;二联用药占4.95%。99例为治疗用药,2例为预防用药。24例用药不合理,占23.76%,以频繁换药和用药时间过长或过短为主要原因。结论:该院呼吸内科抗真菌药应用基本合理,但还需进一步提高与其他抗菌药物联用的水平。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of antifungal drugs in a hospital. METHODS： The utilization of antifungal drugs in pulmonary department of a hospital during 2007 - 2009 was investigated retrospectively and analyzed statistically. RE- SULTS： Among 4 964 medical cases, antifungal drugs were used in 101 cases with application rate of 2.03%. 95.05% received single kind of antifungal drug and 4.95% received 2 kinds of antifungal drugs. 99 cases intended for treatment and 2 cases for preventive regimen. Utilization of antifungal drugs in 24 cases was irrational, accounting for 23.76%. Irrational uses of drugs were mainly frequent change of drugs and long or short medication duration. CONCLUSION： The utilization of antifungal drugs is basically rational in pulmonary department of the hospital. There still is a need to improve rational use of combination of antifungal drugs with other antibiotics.
