摘要
以14.8 tex腈纶/Modal/羊毛(60/30/10)赛络纱为例,介绍了几种纤维的性能特点,探讨了在棉纺设备上生产腈纶/Modal/羊毛赛络纱工艺方案及在清、梳、并、粗、细、络筒等各工序的加工特点和工艺措施。羊毛和腈纶纤维需要进行预处理,在产品的生产过程中,各工序要选择合适的温湿度,各部速度以偏低掌握为宜。采用羊毛、腈纶、Modal纤维制成的混纺纱线和织物,3种纤维优势互补,各种功能得以发挥,有独特的性能和风格。
In this paper,taking 14.8 tex acrylic /Modal /wool 60 /30 /10 blended siro-spun yarn as an example,performance characteristics of the three fibers were introduced.The processing practice and processing parameters in scotching,carding,drawing,roving,spinning,winding of blended siro-spun yarn in cotton spinning equipment were discussed.Before production,wool and acrylic fibers were pre-treated,during processing,relative humidity and temperature were controlled,and the speed should keep low.The blended yarn and fabric made of the yarn showed special feature,having the advantages of the three fibers.
